The room is high standard with a huge balcony. The hotel boasts central location close to the attractions. And it's nestled in a nice building just next door to the restaurant, and Florida.

The room is a little dated.

The location was great for first time visitors to Orlando. The airport was 28 minutes drive away.

The staff are very amiable and extremely friendly, managed the parking onsite.

Excellent staff and high standard and reasonably large rooms with a spa tub and the balcony and separate shower. Coffee and tea served for breakfast. Particularly good location of the hotel, short walk to attraction as well as Disney or Parks. Also, close to the shopping outlets.

The hotel was great, the staff were really helpful. The venue's location was excellent and comfy, close enough to Florida, the store onsite, and international drive and the parks. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Matisse, they had some goodies, drinks. Stayed at a high-class and brand-new room with hot tub and a huge balcony, for example.

So glad we chose it, spent 9 beautiful days here. Every member of the staff was courteous. The room was fabulous, had an incredibly beautiful view of the lake. Had separate bathroom with all essentials. We found the hotel's location marvellous and fantastic, so close to parks and resorts as well as there is entertainment for young.

The rooms were great quality and we could park on-site. The bed was extremely comfy and there was free Wi-Fi.

We have stayed here for 9 nights and had a fantastic experience. Fantastic and fairly quiet room with a spa tub was enjoyable. And the room's amenities were pretty nice! The staff was pleasant, amazingly great, and responded promptly to requests.

I got high-class room on the main level. The staff seemed really helpful. The location was magnificent: a market and outlet stores were within walking distance.

Absolutely great accommodation with favourable setting short walk to major attractions and the market.

Spacious one-bedroom suite exceeded expectations with a stunning lake view. Easy check-in and no pressure to attend timeshare tour. Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen in the apartment-like accommodation. Resort amenities include lovely outdoor pools and a small village with shops, bars, and restaurants. Family-friendly location close to attractions.

My high-class room came with the balcony, separate shower and hot tub. The staff was helpful, I will never forget them. The location was convenient in a great area and met expectations.
